You can sign up using your email address or Google account. Signing up and creating an Zoomkey account is free.
After you sign up, be sure to complete your account and verify your email or mobile phone before booking a reservation.
We ask everyone who uses Zoomkey for a few pieces of information before they travel on Zoomkey. Guests need to have this info completely filled out before they can make a reservation request. This info helps make sure hosts know who to expect, and how to contact the guest.
Zoomkey’s requirements for guests include:
Full name
Confirmed email address OR
Confirmed phone number
Hosts will respond directly to you. Zoomkey, unlike other sites, does not filter or block contact info of both parties.
Privacy
We respect your privacy.
We do not share contact information with any 3rd party sites.
We do share contact info between prospective renters and landlords when requests are made for specific listings.
We use cookies for login and geolocating user info.

Almost anyone can be a host! List your space for as little as $9.00.
The listings available on the site are as diverse as the hosts who list them, so you can post airbeds in apartments, entire houses, rooms in bed-and-breakfasts, tree houses in the woods, boats on the water, or enchanted castles. Find out more about room types to see how to describe your space.

Finding a Place
When you request a place on Zoomkey, you’re making arrangements to stay in someone’s home.
1. Complete Your Profile
In either case, it’s important to know that Zoomkey is a community that relies on trust. Complete your profile before you request a reservation with a host, so they can know a little bit about you when they confirm. Your profile should include photos and verifications, especially because some hosts require guests to have a profile photo or Verified ID in order to book.
2. Find the Right Place
With over 800,000 unique listings around the world, you’ll want to make sure the place you choose has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable trip.
When searching for a place, make sure to include your dates and number of guests to get the most accurate pricing. Read reviews, descriptions, house rules, and amenities for each place to see if it’s the right fit for your trip. You can always contact the host if you have any questions about their home.
3. Contact!
You’ve found the perfect place, and now it’s time to make it official. This is where the host’s preferred way of booking will determine how you’ll confirm your reservation.

Each listing has direct contact info for that listing. Please contact the owner/broker/representative for respective listing of interest.
4. Sight Unseen Listings
Zoomkey strongly suggests you do your research on any accommodation before reserving or paying.

On a listing, please click 'Contact Info' on top tab or scroll to contact info on the listing.

Our cost is $9 per month per listing. We do NOT have any additional fees except for local sales tax where applicable.
We do offer additional free days on subscription plans.

Unlike other sites, we do not charge a percentage or commission on bookings; however, if you add brokers or representatives to your listing, they may charge a commission or additional fees.
We offer plans starting at -
1 month = $9.00/listing with free additional 30 days.
3 months = $27/listing with free additional 45 days.
6 months = $54.00/listing with free additional 60 days
12 months = $108.00/listing with free additional 90 days
Yes!
If you notify us withing 30 days of your paid subscription, we will refund your subscription.
Coupons
Coupons are for real estate agents and property managers for their owners/clients.
Please ask a local realtor for a coupon.
Please note, agent/property manager supplied coupons might require -
1. Adding them as a contact to your listing
2. Prevent you as a contact on the listing
3. Exclusivity of sole agent contact on the listing
4. Terms and use of the coupon (with other fees and commissions)
Coupons allow you to share and market your listing to local brokers, representatives and their clients.
Additionally, coupons are an excellent way to share your rates and information with local agents and brokers.
Presently, coupons are $5.00 per coupon with increasing coupon purchase increasing expiration dates.
10 coupons = $5 each for a 60 day coupon
50 coupons = $5 each for a 120 day coupon
100 coupons = $5 each for a $180 day coupon
Larger purchases available upon request.
